Finding a voucher code that actually works can be frustrating. Many codes have expired or simply do not work. That is exactly why save-up.uk exists: to make finding valid voucher codes and real discounts in the UK as easy as possible.
Our team works every day to find, check and update new voucher codes, offers and deals. We test offers regularly and remove invalid codes, so that you do not waste time on offers that do not work.
Every day we go through numerous online shops and promotions to bring you the best and latest discounts in fashion, electronics, travel, beauty and much more.
You help to keep our platform up to date as well. Every time you use a voucher code, we receive valuable feedback about which offers work. This lets us improve our content continuously and update it in real time.
How we check voucher codes
Every voucher code on save-up.uk goes through the same steps:
- Sync with the affiliate networks: twice a day we take the voucher codes that shops release for the UK through their affiliate networks, with code, validity and terms. Every hour we also check whether anything has changed and update the pages concerned.
- Expired codes are removed: if the shop reports a code as ended or its end date has passed, it disappears from the list. Codes that expired in the last 90 days are shown separately and marked as expired.
- Editorial: our team maintains the shop pages and descriptions. Anything the editorial team withdraws disappears here too. We only show events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Singles Day when the partner feed confirms them for the current year.
- Your feedback: after you open a voucher code, we ask “Did the code work?”. Answers from the last 90 days produce the line “Last worked … days ago” on the card. Repeated answers from the same connection count once a day. We do not store IP addresses for this, only a key that cannot be reversed and changes daily.
“Updated” on a card shows when the code was last confirmed or revised. “Codes checked on” below the list is the most recent of these dates for the whole shop, next to the team member responsible for the page. Codes marked “Exclusive to save-up.uk” were agreed directly with the shop.
Shops can still end offers at short notice. What the retailer’s basket shows is what counts.
How is save-up.uk funded?
save-up.uk is free for you. We are funded through affiliate partnerships: if you buy something after clicking “Show code”, “Get deal” or a link to a shop, the shop may pay us a commission through its affiliate network. This does not change the price or terms for you.
- Links: most links to shops are affiliate links. You can tell by the redirect through our address and the affiliate network before the shop opens.
- Rankings: in overviews such as the top shops and the “Top 50 voucher codes”, we take ratings into account as well as how often people buy from a shop via save-up.uk. These are purchases for which we usually receive a commission.
